I’m going to let you know what it is I look for in a musician I’m considering hiring inside Secondlife. If you’re new to virtual venue ownership, or an artist wondering why gigs are hard to land, this might help. It’s no secret that good talent is easy to find in world. When I scout new talent, it’s a planned weekend out club hopping. Although, it takes more than a weekend to hear all the great musicians, we do what we can to get around. Mae I added to this post. Not changed, but added to in order to clarify a few points. When I say no tip jars in the venue, I mean Inside MJ’s Blues Club. And that’s only the house tip jars. Performer tip jars are more than welcome and we do encourage the audience to tip the performer if they are able.
